Need to check on your internet speed? You can now test the download and upload speeds to both your router and your device. To start your speed test, Go to Your Services > Internet and scroll to Speed Test.

We've enhanced International Service features for Spectrum Mobile customers. You now have the ability to turn International Data Roaming On or Off within My Spectrum App. We've also made it easier for you to view and understand your roaming usage.
To find these features, go to Manage Mobile on the home screen, choose your device and then scroll down to International Services. From there you can see the Data Roaming toggle, explore rates by country and view current roaming charges. Bon Voyage!

Online bill pay just got easier with My Spectrum App! We created a a unified experience for Spectrum customers to add, manage, edit and delete stored payment methods for their entire account, including Spectrum Mobile. This also includes adding new payment info for Auto Pay and easily updating credit card expiration dates.
